How to maintain metal hair accessories?

If you want to clean a metal accessory, you can apply a little Miror or sodium bicarbonate powder to a microfiber cloth, then rub the accessory in order to make it shine. The advantage of sodium bicarbonate is that it is harmless to stones or your hands. For accessories with reliefs, you can use a used toothbrush on the metal part of your accessory.
Do not worry if the microfiber fabric turns black, this is a normal phenomenon. In any case, wash your hands after each maintenance of your accessories.
This process is valid for any object in silver, chrome, stainless steel, aluminum or tin, in order to remove stains and protect against oxidation.

Warranty
Our hair accessories are handcrafted in France in our workshops. It is our pride and joy that our clients shall enjoy them every day during many years. We are thus always willing to try and fix the little accidents that might occur to them.

This is why during one year from the date of purchase, following events shall be complementary covered, upon proof of purchase:
- loss of a crystal or a pearl
- unsticking of a part of a product
- loss or break of the spring or the metal fastening

From the date of receipt of your complete order, you have 14 days to return a product. You can hence take your time to try it with your favorite outfits.
